Fees and Insurance Information

Coastal Anesthesiology Medical Associates (CAMA) is a provider for most San Luis Obispo-area insurance plans, including Medicare, Medi-Cal, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, SLO Select, Midcoast IPA, CCPN, Coastal Healthcare Administrators, Cigna, Aetna and others.  Note that CAMA is not contracted with United HealthCare-Pacificare. CAMA has a comprehensive policy regarding fees (Link to CAMA Fee Policy) and special payment arrangements may be made for situations involving economic hardship.  Payment of insurance co-pays and deductibles may be made via cash (in person), check, money order and credit card.
