The group formed in early 1998 as the combination of several established groups and individual practices in the area, to deal more effectively and efficiently with patient safety, community responsiveness and other medical practice issues. All CAMA physicians are certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology (or as recent graduates, are Board-eligible.)
